With a customer focus and customer satisfaction approach, employees are trained in multiple facets of the business from horticulture, operations and crew management, to the importance of safety and teamwork on the job. We value our staff and believe mutual respect is gained from a comprehensive and well implemented training program, directly tied to wage increases as abilities and skills increase. Positions from gardening/laborer to crew leader to operations management are all eligible for growth training and continuing education.
